Senator Warren Statement on February 2025 CPI

Washington, D.C. – United States Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.), Ranking Member of the Senate Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs Committee released the following statement:

“Progress on inflation is still too slow, as millions of Americans continue to be crushed by high grocery bills and skyrocketing rent. President Trump should focus on lowering costs for families like he promised, instead of causing chaos - including this past Monday when he refused to rule out a coming recession - and driving uncertainty with his reckless policies that only hurt working people.”
