THE COMMITTEE ON BANKING, HOUSING, AND URBAN AFFAIRS will meet in OPEN SESSION to conduct a hearing entitled “Threats Posed by State-Owned and State-Supported Enterprises to Public Transportation.” The witnesses on Panel I will be: The Honorable John Cornyn, United States Senator, Texas; and The Honorable Tammy Baldwin, United States Senator, Wisconsin. The witnesses on Panel II will be: Mr. Michael O’Malley, President, Railway Supply Institute; Mr. Scott Paul, President, Alliance for American Manufacturing; Ms. Emily de La Bruyère, Principal, Horizon Advisory; and Mr. Frank J. Cilluffo, Director, McCrary Institute for Cyber and Critical Infrastructure Security and Director, Center for Cyber and Homeland Security, Auburn University.
