THE COMMITTEE ON BANKING, HOUSING, AND URBAN AFFAIRS will meet in EXECUTIVE SESSION to Vote on the Committee Budget Resolution, Rules and Procedures for the 118^th Congress, Committee Questionnaire for Nominations, and Subcommittee Organization and Jurisdiction. Following the EXECUTIVE SESSION the Committee will meet in OPEN SESSION, HYBRID FORMAT to conduct a hearing entitled,  “The State of Housing 2023.” The witnesses will be: Dr. Christopher Herbert, Managing Director, Harvard Joint Center for Housing Studies; Dr. Robert Dietz, Chief Economist and Senior Vice President for Economics and Housing Policy, National Association of Home Builders; and Mr. Lance George, Director of Research and Information, Housing Assistance Council.
