Ford School of Public Policy, University of Michigan; Ms. Bernadette Ngoh, Founder, Trusted Care Family Child Care; Ms. Rachel Greszler, Research Fellow in Economics, Budget and Entitlements, The Heritage Foundation; and Ms. Abby M. McCloskey, Founder and Principal, McCloskey Policy LLC.
