The COMMITTEE ON BANKING, HOUSING, AND URBAN AFFAIRS SUBCOMMITTEE ON SECURITIES, INSURANCE, AND INVESTMENT will meet in OPEN SESSION to conduct a hearing on “Regulatory Reforms to Improve Equity Market Structure.” The witnesses will be: Mr. Stephen Luparello, Director of Division of Trading and Markets, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission; and Mr. Richard Ketchum, Chairman and CEO, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
