THE COMMITTEE ON BANKING, HOUSING, AND URBAN AFFAIRS will meet in OPEN SESSION to conduct a hearing on “Outside Perspectives on the Collection of Beneficial Ownership Information.” The witnesses will be Mr. Greg Baer, CEO, Bank Policy Institute (BPI); Ms. Karen Harned, Executive Director, Small Business Legal Center, National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB); and Mr. Gary Kalman, Executive Director, Financial Accountability and Corporate Transparency Coalition (FACT).
