THE COMMITTEE ON BANKING, HOUSING AND URBAN AFFAIRS will meet in OPEN SESSION, HYBRID FORMAT Will meet in Executive Session to VOTE on the Committee Budget Resolution. Following the Executive Session the Committee will meet in OPEN SESSION, HYBRID FORMAT to conduct a hearing entitled, “Investigating the Real Impacts of Debanking in America.” The witnesses will be: Mr. Nathan McCauley, Co-Founder and CEO, Anchorage Digital; Mr. Stephen Gannon, Partner, Davis Wright Tremaine LLP; and Mr. Mike Ring, President, CEO and Co-Founder of Old Glory Bank; and Mr. Aaron Klein, Senior Fellow in Economic Studies, Brookings Institution.
