will meet in OPEN SESSION to conduct a hearing entitled “Implementation of The Biggert-Waters Flood Insurance Act of 2012: One Year After Enactment”. The witnesses on Panel I will be: The Honorable David Vitter, United States Senator, Louisiana; and The Honorable Mary Landrieu, United States Senator, Louisiana. The witness on Panel II will be: The Honorable William Craig Fugate, Administrator, Federal Emergency Management Agency. The witnesses on Panel III will be: Ms. Alicia P. Cackley, Director, Financial Markets and Community Investment, U.S. Government Accountability Office; Ms. Christine Shirley, National Flood Insurance Program Coordinator, Planning Services Division, Oregon Department of Land Conservation and Development; Mr. Stephen Ellis, Vice President, Taxpayers for Common Sense; and Mr. Birny Birnbaum, Executive Director, Center for Economic Justice.
