THE COMMITTEE ON BANKING, HOUSING, AND URBAN AFFAIRS will meet in OPEN SESSION, HYBRID FORMAT to conduct a hearing entitled, “How Institutional Landlords are Changing the Housing Market.” The witnesses will be: Mr. R. Michael Waller, Executive Director, Georgia Appleseed Center for Law and Justice; Ms. Aneta Molenda, Tenant; Mr. Tobias Peter, Research Fellow and Assistant Director, AEI Housing Center; Mr. Joel Griffith, Research Fellow, Institute for Economic Freedom and Opportunity at The Heritage Foundation; and Ms. Sally Martin, Director of Building and Housing, City of Cleveland, Ohio.
