THE COMMITTEE ON BANKING, HOUSING, AND URBAN AFFAIRS will meet in OPEN SESSION to conduct a hearing on “Financial Stability Oversight Council Nonbank Designations.”  The witnesses will be: Mr. Douglas Holtz-Eakin, President, American Action Forum; Mr. Paul Schott Stevens, President and CEO, Investment Company Institute; Professor Jeremy C. Kress, Assistant Professor of Business Law, University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
