Executive Session - Budget Reconciliation

Immediately preceeding the hearing, the Committee will meet in EXECUTIVE SESSION to mark up S. 1562, “Safe and Fair Deposit Insurance Act of 2005,” and an original bill entitled “FHA Asset Disposition Act of 2005” for purposes of reporting the text of both bills to the Senate Budget Committee as Title II for reconciliation purposes.
