THE COMMITTEE ON BANKING, HOUSING, AND URBAN AFFAIRS will meet in OPEN SESSION to conduct a hearing entitled, “Cryptocurrencies: What are they good for?”  The witnesses will be: Professor Angela Walch, Professor of Law, St. Mary’s University School of Law, Research Associate, UCL Centre for Blockchain Technologies; Mr. Jerry Brito, Executive Director, Coin Center; and Ms. Marta Belcher, Chair, Filecoin Foundation.
