COMMITTEE ON BANKING, HOUSING, AND URBAN AFFAIRS SUBCOMMITTEE ON SECURITIES, INSURANCE, AND INVESTMENT will meet in OPEN SESSION to conduct a hearing on “Creating a Housing Finance System Built to Last: Ensuring Access for Community Institutions.” The witness on Panel I will be: Ms. Sandra Thompson, Deputy Director, Division of Housing Mission and Goals, Federal Housing Finance Agency. The witnesses on Panel II will be: Mr. Jack A. Hartings, President and CEO, The Peoples Bank Company on behalf of the Independent Community Bankers of America; Mr. Bill Hampel, Senior Vice President and Chief Economist, Research & Policy Analysis, Credit Union National Association; Mr. Andrew J. Jetter, President and CEO, Federal Home Loan Bank of Topeka; and Mr. Michael Middleton, Chairman and CEO of Community Bank of Tri-County, on behalf of the American Bankers Association.
