The COMMITTEE ON BANKING, HOUSING, AND URBAN AFFAIRS will meet in OPEN SESSION to conduct a hearing on the following nominations:  The Honorable Richard Clarida, of Connecticut, to be a Member and Vice Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System; and Ms. Michelle Bowman, of Kansas, to be a Member of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.
